4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Please refer to our shipping and delivery policy.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

Printara does not have a return policy.
Printara only offers refunds for damaged and defective items, please contact us at printara97@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We'll do our est to make it right.
Exclusions: Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, and used products are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed between 24-48 hours in the original currency and refund to the original form of payment.

6. Pricing and Promotions

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to terms and conditions and may be discontinued at our discretion.
